Cancelling your Account

We are always sorry to see you go but we've made it very easy to cancel. 

First, if you are having any issues with connecting your sites or did not see a feature you need please let us know! We are building new features all the time and would love to hear your feedback and suggestions.

To cancel your plan:

1. Login to your Infinite Uploads account
2. In the Member Dashboard go to Payments & Billing
3. Select Open Billing Portal
4. Click Cancel Plan and verify you want to Cancel by clicking the blue button.

If you are still on your trial, you will not be charged and you will be able to continue using the service until the trial ends. If you are unable to complete this process please let us know and we can cancel the trial for you.
